Lindsey Bordner joined the Mary Robins Team in 2007 and is the top buyer specialist.  Working closely with Mary and another top agent, Lindsey learned the skills necessary to become a successful Realtor.   Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania, Lindsey moved to the area in 2002 where she graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.  

Going where her clients need her, Lindsey has helped families buy, sell, or invest in real estate throughout Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, and Lancaster counties.   It has been said that Lindsey is knowledgeable, experienced, and tenacious - she gets the job done!  On average, real estate agents sell between 4-6 houses a year.  Lindsey averages between  12-14 and saves her clients at least 6% from the last listed price to sold price.  Lindsey has also earned her Short Sale and Foreclosure designation.  As a SFR specialist, Lindsey is experienced in guiding both buyers and sellers through the short sale or foreclosure process. 

Denise Lee -  is our Administrative Support and Buyer Specialist.  She joined the Mary Robins Team in 2011.  You will most likely hear her voice when calling our office at 610 784-3281. Denise handles many of the administrative duties required in a busy real estate office.  She coordinates the necessary flow of paperwork as our listing and home sale manager, maintains all of our web sites, organizes our marketing efforts, and generally holds the office together.  Denise has been in Real Estate since 1999 beginning with Re/Max Professional in Exton and joining Keller Williams in Exton in 2004.   Denise has earned the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation.
